Jenni Kravitz Training: Course Materials
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy course materials from Jenni Kravitz Training ("we", "us", "our"), the trading name of Jenni Kravitz, through our website, jennikravitz.com. Please read them before you complete your purchase.
1. What You Are Buying
When you buy a course, you receive the instructional videos and PDF materials included in that course, as described on the course page at the time of purchase. This is a one-off payment. There is no subscription or membership, and you will not be charged again.
2. Access to Your Course
Your course materials will be available to you as soon as your payment has been processed. You will have access for as long as the course is available on our website. You are welcome to download the PDF materials and keep them for your own use.
If we ever decide to withdraw a course, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, so that you have time to finish watching the videos and download the materials.
3. Your Right to Cancel and Refunds
Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. However, because our course materials are digital content that you can access straight away, you will be asked at checkout to agree that your access begins immediately and that you will lose your right to cancel once you have accessed it.
This means that once you have been given access to the course, we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If the course materials are faulty, do not work, or are not as described, please contact us and we will put things right, by fixing the problem, replacing the materials or, where appropriate, giving you a full or partial refund.
4. Course Updates
From time to time we may update a course, for example when Apple releases a new version of iOS or Canva changes its features. Any updates to a course you have bought are included free of charge.
5. Independence from Apple and Canva
Our courses are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Canva Pty Ltd. They are designed to help you understand and make the most of your iPhone and of Canva. iPhone, iOS and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd.
6. Copyright and Personal Use
All course content, including videos, PDF files and other instructional materials, is the intellectual property of Jenni Kravitz © and is protected by copyright.
The materials are for your personal use only. You agree not to copy, share, resell, publish or distribute any of the materials, or share your login details, with anyone else without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer
Our courses are provided for information and training purposes. We work hard to make sure the information is accurate and up to date, but technology changes often and screens may vary between devices and versions, so we cannot guarantee that every instruction will apply exactly to your device. You are responsible for how you use the information, and we recommend that you back up your iPhone before making significant changes to its settings.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the course.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are those shown on our website when you bought the course. If we make a change that affects courses you have already bought, we will let you know by email.
9. Contact Us
If you have any questions or problems with your course, please contact us at [your email address].
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
