Privacy Policy

Jenni Kravitz (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with all applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Please note that your use of this website (the “Website”) is subject to this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”). Where this Policy uses a word beginning with a capital letter, that term will be defined in the Terms and Conditions or elsewhere in this Policy.

Our Policy ensures that any personal information you provide to us remains private and secure. Below, we explain what information we collect, how we use it, and importantly, how we do not use it. We do not collect special category (sensitive) personal data unless absolutely necessary and with your explicit consent. The information we hold is intended to be accurate and up to date, and we rely on you to inform us of any changes. You may contact us at any time to check the information we hold about you and to request that we correct or delete any inaccuracies.

By using our services (including the Website) and by providing us with personal data, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy.
Please do not send us any information if you do not want it to be used in this way.

We collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) that you provide when you contact us, make an enquiry, or purchase lessons or other services.

We may collect the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Postal address

  • Email address

  • Bank details (if you supply goods or services to us; these are entered directly into our online banking system solely for payment purposes and not stored elsewhere)

We may also collect your IP (Internet Protocol) address to help diagnose problems with our server, administer the Website, identify your device during a session, and gather broad demographic information.

If you give us information on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to do so and that they agree that you may (i) give consent on their behalf to the processing of their personal data, and (ii) receive any data protection notices on their behalf.

These third parties act only on our instructions, are required to keep your data secure, and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose PII if required to:

  • comply with applicable laws

  • respond to governmental or regulatory enquiries

  • comply with a valid legal process

  • protect our rights, property, the Website, or other users

If your personal information is transferred outside the UK, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses. These measures ensure that your data remains protected to UK standards.

Data Retention

Personal data that you submit to us will only be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We will also retain information where needed to comply with legal, statutory, or regulatory obligations. We review our data retention practices regularly and securely delete information that is no longer required.
