Most training jumps straight into the buttons. I start with one question: "What do you actually need this for?" Then we work backwards from there, so everything you learn has a purpose.

Bite-sized lessons for one task at a time.
If you only need to make a flyer, set up an email signature or start a WhatsApp group, you should be able to learn that on its own, in about twenty minutes, for a few pounds. You should not have to sit through a six-hour course to get there.

Full feature courses when you need the whole picture.
When you are ready to take on a complete topic, such as email, spreadsheets, presentations or social media, the feature courses bring everything together in one place. They cover it in the order that makes sense to learn it.

One-to-one help when you need it.
Sometimes you simply need someone to look at your situation and tell you what to do next. I can review your setup, recommend what to keep and what to drop, and guide you step by step.
